I also need to figure out how to compile a new exe after editing it. But maybe I'll find something interesting in the new exe that leads me to a solution. If I'm unlucky, that's entirely within the first exe that's password-protected.

It seems like I have access to absolutely everything that makes up the game but I haven't found where the signup happens.

Update2: With the free JPEXS decompiler I managed to decompile this second exe. Help is GREATLY appreciated, if you know how to do this, you can earn some easy money here ) I have some idea how the swf files work, analyzing the DLL in hopes to understand the whole launcher. I know how to edit the swf but I don't know how to get all of that (several swf, one exe, 2 DLL) back into one.

Update3: In the link of update 1 you can see the contents of the exe file, they get dumped by the game in %AppData%.

The programmer used Ruffle and some tinkering and finally got it to work. Update4: thanks to a programmer that I found on the openFL board, I was able to play it again.
